I purchased a sofa and love sit for Big Sandy's in Parkersburg WV 2 months ago. It took 2 weeks before I could pick up the furniture myself because they said the sofa they had was damaged.

When we finally got the furniture home we took it out of the packaging to find that the sofa had a rip in the arm. So I called customer service and they informed me that it would take another week to receive a new sofa. No real big deal I thought to myself. I thought wrong because they have brought two more sofas that where in way worse condition than the second one that I had to pick up myself.

So after the 4 attempts to deliver undamaged furniture I got frustrated and just asked for my money back and the lady informed me that they could pick up the furniture in 7 days and after they picked up the furniture it was going to take up to two weeks to get my money back. So I asked her if she thought it was good business to make my children set on the floor for two weeks. She informed me that was Big Sandy's policy. How convenient for them I thought to myself.

So I told them to bring me one that wasn't damaged.

That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard from them again. So I am left to assume that I am going to have to take them to court.

SO UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF DON'T SHOP AT BIG SANDY'S
